Admission
Advanced Admission - $20
These tickets will be sold up until 1 week prior to the event.
Regular Admission - $25
These will go on sale 1 week prior to the event and will also be sold at the door.
Games
We will be endorsing the following games:
Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne
WC3: DOTA
Team Fortress 2
Counter-Strike: 1.6
Counter-Strike: Source
Starcraft: Brood War
Battlefield 2
Any other games you want to play, feel free.
We will have a seperate area set up for console gaming, but we will not be providing any TV's or consoles. It is simply there for your amusement, should you so choose to bring equipment of your own choosing. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen games / equipment / peripherals.
Tournaments
DOTA - 3v3 and 5v5, format TBD
WC3 - 2v2, format TBD
CS 1.6 - 5v5 CAL Rules
Starcraft - 1v1, format TBD
Prizes will be determined closer to the date of the event. All tournaments will include a cash prize.
All tournaments will have a $5 buy-in. Prizes in addition to the money may be given based on sponsorship deals.
We in no way discourage players from setting up their own tournaments and game sessions for ANY game they want to play, but thse are the five tournaments we are officially supporting.
Food / Drink
Food and drink will be supplied on a limited basis by us, included in the admission price. Food will be Pizza, and the drink will be cases of Pop. It will be on a first come first serve basis, but there will be plenty.
Security
We will have all of the doors in the facility locked except the door closest to where the exec board is sitting. If you need to leave for any reason you must contact an executive member of UGA and they will let you in/out. This is done to prevent theft.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
We will do our best to ensure a safe environment for everyone but our efforts have limits. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that UGA is not liable for any lost / stolen / broken property.
